About Regina

Nine years ago, life threw me a curve ball in the form of a motorcycle accident. October 18th marks the anniversary of that event, a day that changed everything. But instead of letting it define me, I have spent the last 4 months at Barrow Neurological Institute reclaiming my independence and finding joy in way I never thought possible. One of those joys? My electric bike, which has become my freedom on two wheels.

As I've honed skills like planning and processing (thank you, executive functions), I realized how important it is to reconnect with the world around me. After living in Phoenix for six years and spending most of that time focusing on recovery, I'm finally ready to explore. What better way to do that than with a scavenger hunt - a fun, creative way to see the city through fresh eyes, while giving my brain some playful exercise.

This blog isn't just about tourism, it's my therapy. It's about sharing moments of joy, creativity and inspiration. Because if I can find humor and adventure in the journey, maybe it'll spark something in you too.

So, join me as I venture through the streets of Phoenix, one clue at a time, with a bit of wit, a dash of humor and a whole lot of heart!
